Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter is to inform our valued customers, many of whom I have had personal contact with over the years, that I have closed my Bye Street Bird Clinic in Wagga Wagga.

The demands of managing Vetafarm and ensuring that we keep abreast of the trends in animal medicine and nutrition mean that I can no longer devote any time to the Bird Clinic.

For me this is the end of 30 years of veterinary practice and is not a decision I have taken lightly, however we all must embrace change and this is a change that is well overdue for my business.

I would extend my heartfelt thanks to all the birdkeepers out there who have made avian medicine a sheer joy. I will continue to see you at Bird sales and Conferences and look forward to continuing our great conversations.

My Customer service staff will be able to direct you to the nearest veterinarian who can treat your birds should they need help.
