Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Vetafarm will ship items within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, and you will be contacted by email or phone if there is any delay.
You can always login into your account to see where your order is up to.

Vetafarm will send all items via Australia Post.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram.

* Please Note: Vetafarm is not classed as in an express post area, so even though we still use the express post stachels we do so to be able to track the parcel. It may take a couple of extra days for you to recieve your parcel, then the information on the Australia Post website.
